        PCM process introduction

          PCM material has both the advantages of organic polymer and the base plate, both organic polymer good pigmentability &thickenabilty, formability, corrosion resistance and decorative sheet, and the high strength and workability, can easily for blanking, bending, deep drawing, welding and other processing, which makes the product has good practicability of the composite materials, decorative, workability, durability.

          At present, the new material is mainly produced by roller coating and film coating process. The products are mainly used in the construction industry, household appliances industry, etc. At present, the products are mainly composed of waiting stations, refrigerators, washing machines and other kinds of appearance components. For example, PCM products used for refrigerator, washing machine and other home appliances door panels, side and back plate materials;

          Composite material is a new kind of material which is composed of organic macromolecule, inorganic nonmetal or metal and so on. It is fundamentally different from the simple mixing of common materials, which not only retains the important characteristics of the original constituent materials, but also obtains the properties that the original components do not have through the compound effect. The properties of the original components can be complemented and correlated through material design to achieve better performance.

          Composite materials can be divided into structural composite materials and functional composite materials according to their uses. Structural composites are mainly used as load-bearing materials, which are composed of load-bearing reinforcement components and matrix components which can connect the reinforcement components into a whole material and also play a role of force transmission. Functional materials refer to composite materials that provide other physical, chemical and biological properties besides mechanical properties.
